Under Section 20 of the Architects Act 1997, the title ‘Architect’ is protected, meaning that it can only be used by individuals who are, or companies that employ, qualified architects that are also registered with the Architects Registration Board.
Whilst offering architectural services, Merrington Project Services does not employ any ‘architects’, and therefore makes no claim to the title.
Prospective clients are reassured that at Merrington Project Services a higher value is placed on practical experience and first-hand knowledge than on academic qualification or membership of an organisation; a strategy which has resulted in an excellent record of client satisfaction and in a workload consisting largely of referrals.
